Auto Ground Handling Equipment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and maintains/repairs UPS GSE - ground support equipment & vehicles.
• Shuttles GSE and operates forklifts.
• Schedules and ensures all GSE are maintained and inspected/licensed regularly and promptly.
• Manages spare part physical inventory.
• Contacts GSE Operations (users) to provide updates on repair status.
• Reconciles invoices and applies payments appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Assists the management team in monitoring key expense indices (e.g., fuel, parts, tires, labor hours, etc.) to resolve discrepancies, identify & implement cost‑saving strategies.
• Tracks component failures and replacements to identify and respond to equipment failure trends.
• Conducts price comparisons between vendors.
