Join CSN as an Auto Collision Estimator to create detailed repair estimates and support customers after collisions. Excel in using estimating software, inspecting vehicles, and collaborating with insurers and vendors.
As an Auto Collision Estimator with CSN, you will leverage your 3-5 years of experience in collision estimating to facilitate a seamless repair process. You’ll be responsible for producing precise, detailed estimates while maintaining communication with customers about their vehicle repairs. Ensure adherence to insurance guidelines and OEM standards throughout the estimation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create accurate repair estimates based on vehicle inspections
• Communicate repair expectations to customers clearly
• Use estimating software such as Mitchell Connect and Audatex
• Monitor repairs and quality checks throughout the process
• Schedule necessary sublets and manage parts quoting
