Defour Partnership is delighted to be supporting a specialist autism organisation in the recruitment of a Practice Advisor to join an innovative and highly personalised service in Perthshire.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong autism knowledge and social care experience to combine direct support, coaching and practice development within a specialist service.
About the Role
Working closely with the individual supported, their family and colleagues, you will help embed best practice and ensure support is delivered in a person-centred, low-arousal and trauma-informed way.
You will provide coaching, guidance and practical support to colleagues while remaining actively involved in service delivery.
