Audit & Financial Reporting Manager

Full-time Accounting / Finance

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion. Oversee budgets, timelines, resources, and client deliverables. Review audit files and financial statements before Director sign-off. Prepare complex financial statements, group consolidations, and tax computations. Manage a portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities for growth. Build trusted client relationships and provide proactive financial advice. Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members. Drive continuous improvement across audit processes and systems. Assist with due diligence, budgeting, and other ad-hoc projects. Manage WIP, debtors, and fee negotiations within your portfolio. Requirements: CA(SA), ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification. 610 years of audit experience within a professional services/practice environment. 24 years in a supervisory or Audit Manager role , leading engagements and managing teams.
