Job Description
Audit Assistant Manager | Audit | 100 % | Geneva or Lausanne
Your mission :
- Participate in / lead the audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards (Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS)
- Lead special audits such as capital increases, company foundations, donor audits
- Work with our clients to create solutions to their financial accounting, process, and systems challenges
- Contribute actively to the growth and development of the Audit team at RSM Switzerland
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients throughout the year
- Develop an understanding of the RSM culture, team spirit, methodology and tools
