Job Description

Having solid technical skills that enable you to support all types of clientele with their AV requirements is essential. The skills required will include proficient use of the in-house equipment and ensuring we deliver solutions to clientele that need to customize their AV experiences including demonstrating how the equipment is best utilized for each client. To work alongside large international AV contractors that require insights on the best use of the in-house equipment and space. There is a strong focus on customer management, requirement to meet and communication options available to customers prior to their event and ensure their AV experience during their event exceeds their expectations.
