Contract Period

From 11 Aug 2026 to 31 Oct 2026 with an option to extend the contract for another year.

Working Hours

• Mon‑Fri: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, inclusive of a 1‑hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services Public Address (PA) System

• Train the PA crew (student volunteers) to operate the PA system during assemblies, chapel sessions, and school events
• Maintain PA systems in school—monitor, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and, if unresolved, escalates problems to relevant vendors; coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair works on site with vendors

Audio-Visual Resources

• Manage AV equipment during all major school events
• Handle all AV set‑up requests for school events—ensure requests made by staff and external parties (pre‑approved by P/VP) are met
