Job Description
OverviewRefueling all Sasko fleet vehicles Documenting all fuel issues and allocating to correct vehicle Allocation of fuel to the correct route • Do daily dips and report to stock control clerk Check oil and Water levels daily and top-up when necessary Receive fuel from supplier and verify fuel received Shunting trucks in the yard area (includes feeder trucks) Assisting in the Workshop QualificationsMatric Driver’s License (Code 10) –Code 14 will be advantageous
Responsible for accurate recording of fuel issued to the respective truck as well as ODO readings on a daily basis Fuel and water checks on a daily basis. Report new damages to the vehicles to the Mechanic /VM Manager.Accurate stock control of the fuel in the bowser facilitate the refueling process when the bowser is been refilled Shunting trucks on the premises.
