We are seeking a highly experienced and driven professional to join the Tenneco team as Manager – Product Launch. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end product launch activities, ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams and alignment with customer and organizational requirements. The position involves overseeing PPAP readiness, program timelines, and manufacturing feasibility, while ensuring transparency through structured documentation and reviews. The individual will drive capacity planning, cost assessments, and tooling requirements. This role requires close collaboration with plant teams and global stakeholders to conduct gate reviews, track action plans, and ensure timely execution of development milestones including sample builds and production signoffs.
