Amazon Now is one of India's fastest-growing quick commerce platforms, and our Last Mile (LM) network is the engine that powers every delivery. We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Assistant Business Analyst to join the Amazon Now LM team, to build the data insight and reporting backbone that will drive cost and performance decisions across our 1P and 3P last mile channels.
In this role, you will own data aggregation, reporting, and insight generation across key LM metrics — including cost per delivery (CPD), rate cards, payout structures, and Delivery Partner performance indicators such as orders delivered, service hours, and distance traveled. You will work at the intersection of data and operations, turning raw numbers into clear, actionable insights that shape how we manage our delivery partner network and control costs.
