**What you'll do:**
• Advise leading production houses, talent management agencies, artists, creators and entertainment companies across the media ecosystem
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including production agreements, artist and talent agreements, endorsement and brand collaboration agreements, influencer agreements, music agreements, content commissioning arrangements, IP assignments and licensing contracts
