As an **Associate, Workers’ Compensation & Claims** , you will report to the Team Leader and take ownership of the workers’ compensation and claims function by administering, evaluating, and resolving claims in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards. You will oversee third-party administrator (TPA) performance, drive claim strategy, and proactively deliver recommendations to internal stakeholders to achieve optimal claim outcomes, control costs, and ensure compliance.
