Job Overview
The Associate Vice President Branch Operations, South is responsible for growing and managing branch operations performance and revenue across South Alberta locations. The role focuses on improving employee retention, engagement and fostering cross‑functional teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational leadership success in all Alberta South locations.
- Lead, develop and coach top talent within Alberta leadership.
- Maintain client retention; analyze reasons for loss and implement corrective actions.
- Fill vacancies promptly and ensure branches operate efficiently.
- Create a high‑performance culture across all branches and business lines.
- Review reports/results with Branch Managers monthly.
