Role description: 

Due to consistent growth in our Urban Development business, we are looking for an Associate Technical Director to lead the delivery of current and future urban development projects (primarily across the industrial market sector but will extend to other markets also) and organic growth of sales for preexisting and established client relationships within the urban development team.
