Job Description
**Adecco is hiring for an Associate Tech in Kearny Mesa!** This is a 3-month assignment offering valuable hands-on manufacturing experience and an opportunity to grow your career.
**What will you be doing as an Associate Tech?**
**Responsibilities include:**
• **Coating, Finishing, and Surfacing Support:** Assist across departments with clipping, machine operation, tinting, beveling, and lens washing to support production.
• **Equipment Operation & Setup:** Operate coating, edging, blocking, and polishing machines; load chemicals and prepare lenses for processing.
• **Lens Preparation & Assembly:** Block, tape, mark alignment, and mount lenses into frames to ensure proper fit and quality.
• **Quality Inspection & Assurance:** Inspect lenses throughout all stages to ensure they meet optical and cosmetic standards.
