Work you'll do As an Associate, Talent Development on the Learning Design Services (LDS) team, you will be responsible for: Analyzing learning design requirements and defining project scope for assigned work
Designing and developing learning deliverables in line with project scope
Developing training materials, including storyboards, video and audio scripts, hands-on activities, instructor and participant guides, job aids, diagrams, pictures, and self-study material
