Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system design and infrastructure
- Ensuring reliability and scalability
- Provide system administration support to the Operations and Technology Team, including issue resolution and structured troubleshooting
- Identify system vulnerabilities and performance gaps, and recommend or implement effective improvements
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and participate in the 24/7 Systems Operations Team on-call rotation, responding to and resolving critical system incidents in real time
- Perform regular maintenance of software applications and operating systems
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including change records, validation documents, and system proposals or recommendations
