Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system design and infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Provide system administration support to the Operations and Technology Team, including issue resolution and structured troubleshooting.
- Identify system vulnerabilities and performance gaps, and recommend or implement effective improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, and participate in the 24/7 Systems Operations Team on-call rotation. Respond to and resolve critical system incidents in real time.
- Perform regular maintenance of software applications and operating systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including change records, validation documents, and system proposals or recommendations.
