- Support strategic communications for Population Health Management (PHM), Managed Care Plan (MCP), and Behavioral Health Plan (BHP) initiatives.
- Develop and edit communication materials, including presentations, project updates, newsletters, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews, track feedback, and manage approvals to ensure timely delivery of communications.
- Maintain communication plans, project schedules, and deliverable trackers to support project execution.
- Partner with business, clinical, operations, and project teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Prepare executive summaries, status reports, and meeting materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement efforts related to healthcare program implementations and enhancements.
