Communication & Interpretation: Provide, in real-time, verbal interpretation during meetings and translate business documents (emails, reports, manuals) between Japanese and English.
Project & Task Coordination: Lead project tasks, monitor progress, and manage on-site schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
On-site Support: Act as the primary point of contact for staff, supporting expatriate employees and managing day-to-day office operations.
Bridging Cultures: Facilitate understanding between different business cultures to streamline operations and resolve conflicts.
Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Business or native level proficiency in both Japanese and English (speaking, reading, writing).
Experience: Previous experience in a coordinator, interpreter, or administrative role.
