In this role, you help ensure patient safety by aligning complaint handling with medical device regulations and ISO13485. You will work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve events across the product lifecycle, contributing to regulatory submissions and quality improvements. You’ll translate findings into clear reports and communications, supporting regulators and customers.
