Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Associate Security Engineer who will work closely with Help AG’s Managed Security Controls unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in network security, identity management, and endpoint protection technologies. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to real‑world projects that protect enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products (Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, Broadcom IGA, Symantec EDR etc.)
• Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
