Your responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients and effectively explain insurance products. Provide tailored recommendations and build rapport with clients. Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators. Address inquiries and maintain accurate records in our CRM. Requirements: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (any specialization) Experience: Tele-sales or customer service experience preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, customer-focused, and goal-driven. Shift: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, six days a week with one weekly off. Compensation: Earn up to 4.20 LPA plus attractive incentives based on performance.
