Homebased Hours per week: Contracted, Freelance Salary/Fee: Fee per assessment, based on daily rate Location: Multiple locations across the UK. Occasional travel to AIM HQ in Derby may be required The role: AIM Associate Qualification/Assessment Developer 'Assessment with integrity' is the tagline for AIM assessment. Integrity can be defined as 'someone's high artistic standards or standards of doing their job, and that person's determination not to lower those standards.' Assessment developers are experts in this field; therefore, we are looking for people who can apply their skills and experience to developing diverse materials such as qualification content, case studies, research proposals and scenario-based questions. These materials will be developed in line with AIM's general approach to this area as set out in the Qualification and Assessment Development Framework.
