Job Description
Associate QA Lead – Manual + Automation
Lead QA efforts across manual, mobile, API, and automation testing while managing a small team and ensuring delivery quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
- BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent is preferable.
- Experience leading and managing a small QA team.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts (OOP in Java) and QA best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Hands‑on experience in manual, mobile, and API testing.
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) development methodology and defect management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience in requirements elaboration, QA estimations, reviewing test scenarios and cases.
- Excellent communication skills and ownership of project QA deliveries.
- ISTQB qualification would be an added advantage.
