Your Job

Associate Project Manager is the project leader for NPI programs. She/he is required to hold the accountability for the success of the project. She/he must be able to use the PDP process related, management skills and leadership to lead the CFT to accomplish the project as the project plan requires.

What You Will Do

  • Customer focal point during the product development process. Communicates the voice of the customer to the
  • organization with reference to the project. Install customer confidence in Molex and develops a positive relationship with the customer. Is responsive and timely to customer’s request for information and deliverables. Manage the customer to ensure that Molex meets our Project plan and customer expectations.
