Associate Project Analyst

This is a remote position. Basic Function The Associate Project Analyst supports Cost Segregation, R&D, Energy, Sales, and Finance teams by assisting in the preparation of Benefit Analyses (BAs) and Letters of Engagement (LOEs). This role focuses on gathering and reviewing real estate data, validating project scope, and supporting pricing efforts to ensure accuracy, alignment, and efficient project execution. Positions Intention This role contributes to the development of client-facing Benefit Analyses by supporting pricing rationale and scope validation, while building foundational knowledge to ensure financial feasibility, operational efficiency, and client acceptance.
