The Venue Operations team manages Lyft's presence at thousands of venue locations across the world— from major sports stadiums and concert venues to conventions, festivals, and high-capacity event spaces. Our work sits at the intersection of real-world operations and technology: we configure the products, tools, and data pipelines that shape how riders find their pickup spot and how drivers navigate to them.
