BAE Systems - Weapon Systems is looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our team in Louisville, KY. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Submarine product line with the aim to: achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction; achieve cost/profitability, schedule, and technical performance objectives; and effectively manage program complexities that include production and product sustainment. The Associate Program Manager will work across functional lines to meet the program objectives. Primary responsibilities are focused on supporting the Program Managers with the management of the production process to yield on-time deliveries. This individual will also support customer and internal program status meetings during Program and Technical reviews.
