The Opportunity:
Avantor is looking for an associate for the Procurement team. This position involves monitoring of purchase orders in Avantor SAP system, ensure diligent follow up on open items and drive it for a closure within agreed service levels. Communicate with suppliers and internal departments of Avantor primarily via emails and phone calls on the order status and clarify any questions.
What we’re looking for
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 1 - 8 years with no constraint to night shift any can apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge or hands on experience in SAP, is preferred
Attention to detail and a natural aptitude for numbers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen
