Associate, Process ManagerA great opportunity awaits a highly organized, confident, and detail-oriented professional to join Capital One’s Subpoena Fulfillment and Intake team. This dynamic group of legal professionals, based within Capital One's Legal department, is responsible for receiving, reviewing, researching, and fulfilling third-party subpoenas issued to Capital One.
In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and developing solutions to enhance productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall operational performance. You will collaborate closely with team members and other departments to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring workflows are as effective as possible.
