Job Description
Killam Baptist Church is a multi-generational evangelical church with two campuses located in the County of Flagstaff, Alberta.
We are seeking applications for the full-time position of Associate Pastor to work alongside the Lead Pastor in the various ministries of the church to develop believers who would ‘Love Jesus, teach Biblical truth and reach people for Christ.’
We are a healthy, growing church with an average attendance of 100-120 each Sunday at our campuses in Killam and Forestburg, however we serve approximately 180 people across the County of Flagstaff.
Qualifications
- Bible School training is preferred
- Sound Biblical doctrine in line with the BGCA/BGCC
- A Spirit-filled, mature believer with a passion for discipleship and outreach into our church and communities
- Capable of carrying out some preaching, teaching and training of lay leaders
