Associate Manager - Techno-commercial Responsibilities A. Service Procurement & Sourcing Execute sourcing of maintenance, operation, technical, facility management, and professional services. Manage RFQ/RFP processes, techno-commercial evaluations, and bid analysis. Develop annual sourcing strategies for service categories. Ensure competitive bidding and adherence to procurement governance. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering. B. Contract Management Draft, negotiate, and finalize service contracts, rate contracts, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). Monitor contract validity, service level agreements (SLAs), milestones, and compliance. Manage contract amendments, extensions, claims, and closure activities. Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams for contractual matters. C. Vendor Development & Relationship Management Identify and onboard qualified service providers.
