Responsibilities

• The Production Manager leads a dedicated team of operators and technicians to maximize flour heat‑treatment throughput and plant efficiency while enforcing strict food safety and hygiene protocols. This role drives operational excellence by maintaining GMP compliance, ensuring audit‑ready documentation, and directing preventive plant maintenance to minimize downtime. By personally mentoring staff and utilizing root‑cause analysis to eliminate processing failures, the manager secures a highly skilled workforce and a continuous, defect‑free production cycle.
• Operate FHT production line and lead production KPIs. Ensure optimum and cost‑effective operations of the plant or packing section.
• Mobilize HSE agenda in daily operations, regularly participate in safety walks, and take relevant safety actions, ensuring safety, HSE compliance, and implementing internal controls for documented processes.
