**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES** **主要职责:**
Continuously fully comply with all labor law, OSHA and other regulatory and standard requirements.

+ Manage and involve in talent review, performance management process for related departments, analyze and implement employee development program based on talent management result.
