Deputy Manager - Operations & Maintenance Responsibilities Team Lead Electrical Switchyard and Transformer Strategic Planning: Provide inputs for strategic and tactical planning in conjunction with peers for electrical maintenance of Switchyard, Power Transformer, and associated areas. Lead and oversee proactive planning and execution of systems to prevent future problems and ensure efficient and reliable maintenance. Participate in cross-site knowledge sharing, conclaves, and seminars to align with industry best practices. Maintenance Strategy and Operations: 1. Execution of PM, RM, CBM, Break down Maintenance. 2. Plan outage works for 220 KV /400 KV Switchyard and power transformer up to 400MVA. 3. Annual overhaul maintenance execution. 4. Interface with other departments 5. Practice & implement Safety measures for departmental staff to achieve zero accidents goal. 6. Monitor contractors works to perform timely & quality work. 7.
