Role: Associate Manager, Distribution & Warehousing
**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Distribution Lead is responsible for driving operational efficiencies across the distribution network, leading cross-functional projects to minimize stock damages and customer refusals, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. This role also spearheads Nestlé Egypt’s logistics digitalization journey, ensuring modern, data-driven solutions are implemented to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Operational Excellence
+ Oversee distribution operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery.
+ Monitor KPIs such as delivery accuracy, stock damage rates, and customer refusals.
+ Implement corrective actions to reduce inefficiencies and improve service levels.
+ Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
