Associate Manger- Civil Maintenance Responsibilities Lead Maintenance Civil Operational Planning and Resource Management: Develop and implement weekly and daily work plans according to the approved L-3 level schedule for civil structures. Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project deadlines and objectives. Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex challenges to the Head of Civil Maintenance, as needed. Manage the process of raising purchase requisitions (PRs), reservations, and bill processing in SAP, ensuring efficient procurement and material usage. Ensure permits (PTW) are raised in SAP and timely approvals are obtained. Conduct reconciliation of free issue materials and maintain accurate inventory management to prevent non-moving inventory (NMI) issues. Resolve and close defects notification in SAP.
