Job Description
Join TD as an Associate Manager for Digital Asset Management, hybrid based in Toronto. Focus on optimizing the Adobe Experience Manager platform for marketing teams and agency partners.
In this role, you will ensure well-governed and searchable digital assets for TD Marketing. Responsibilities include managing operations for AEM Assets and supporting user training, asset maintenance, and metadata management. Collaborate with Adobe and internal stakeholders to contribute to the DAM roadmap and foster seamless operations across Canada and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front-line support for Adobe AEM Assets operations
• Manage metadata and taxonomy for consistency and searchability
• Facilitate user training and support for the platform
• Track requests, analyze data, and recommend enhancements
