Intellectual Property (IP), Life Sciences (LS), and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Practices in Geneva.

Schellenberg Wittmer’s IP and LS practices cover dispute resolution, transactional work and regulatory matters. We advise and represent companies from a variety of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies, medical devices, luxury, cosmetics, as well as food and beverages.

Schellenberg Wittmer’s ICT and Data Group addresses legal issues related to the process of non-personal and personal data, in the digital economy as well as the use of new technologies, including artificial intelligence. Our practice covers dispute resolution, transactional work and regulatory matters.
