Position Summary
Responsible for managing and maintaining the marketing platform at Agency Ingram Micro. Ensures timely resolution of marketing-related cases, adheres to SLA requirements, and performs various operational and transactional tasks. His/her role includes supporting marketing managers through case management, billing, sales order creation, suppliers invoice payments, claims coordination, and troubleshooting. She/He also provides proactive solutions to address issues across all marketing functions, ensuring efficient and comprehensive support.
Supporting Actions
Respond to calls and email inquiries from in‑country partners within defined service levels, providing information related to marketing executions.
