Full-time Business Operations Specialists

Core Responsibilities: Lead a team of HRIS Senior Specialist and Analyst and always ensure work allocation in seamless and productive way. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team while directing them to be accountable for the functional analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and end-user training for our HRIS systems. Monitor, prioritize, and assign daily responsibilities of HR Systems team, assuring the proper alignment of resources and skillsets to inquiry and request demand. Manage Schedule of resources to ensure uninterrupted Services. Experience in handling Service Now case management module, monitor que, assess and analyze trends and patterns for process improvements.
