Job Description
Description We are looking for an Associate General Counsel to support a mission-driven organization in Boston, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for an attorney with experience advising nonprofit or federally funded organizations on contracts, procurement, and regulatory compliance. The role will partner with leadership and operational teams to provide practical legal guidance across contracting, risk, and compliance matters while supporting training and strategic initiatives.
