We’re looking for an Associate to join our growing team, someone with 2 years’ experience in a professional or commercially focused environment who is ambitious, intellectually curious, and excited about building a long-term career in executive search.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Partners on board and C-suite mandates across energy and infrastructure, giving early exposure to senior clients, investors and leadership teams in some of the world’s most important markets.
Executive search is a research-led, relationship-driven professional services business. The work combines market intelligence, candidate engagement and process management, requiring strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to operate credibly with senior individuals.
