AECOM are currently seeking an experienced Associate - Electrical to join our Building Engineering practice. The Associate will lead and oversee MEP design engineering projects ensuring adherence to scope, budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and quality of MEP engineering processes.
• Mentor and manage teams of MEP engineers fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects and other stakeholders ensuring alignment of project objectives.
• Oversee the design analysis and review of complex MEP systems for assigned projects.
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory codes, safety standards and project specifications.
• Conduct design reviews, audits and risk assessments to ensure the reliability and safety of designs.
