We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Director – Technical to lead the design and delivery of advanced training programs. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong instructional skills, and a proven ability to develop the problem-solving capabilities of both early-career and experienced engineers. This role involves mentoring technical trainers, designing assessment frameworks, and ensuring the highest standards of learning outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured, hands-on training programs focused on Data Structures, Algorithms, Java fullstack, Oops, Dbms and Problem Solving.
