Associate Director, Regulatory Reporting

Responsibilities

• Perform in–depth review of the accuracy of regulatory reports.
• Conduct detailed review of end‑to‑end internal and external reporting processes and controls.
• Review documentation and validate key regulatory interpretations.
• Assist with enhancing internal regulatory documents, policies, and EUC’s.
• Lead and assist cross‑team projects that identify and enhance controls, streamline existing processes, and produce accompanying documentation.
• Assist in creating and ensuring team adherence to Regulatory Reporting internal policies.
• Maintain and enhance the control framework for the reporting process.

Qualifications

• Experience in balance sheet reconciliation.
• Strong audit and compliance background.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
