- Manage workflow, team performance, and client relationships
- Lead client review and advisory meetings (no hands-on compliance)
- Provide strategic advice on business structuring and small business concessions
- Collaborate with the financial planning team on year-end and interim client meetings
- Oversee a team of 8 onshore staff and offshore accountants
