Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Mobile / Platform Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cross-platform solutions leveraging Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Native iOS (Swift) . This role requires a strong hands‑on technical leader who can drive architecture, mentor teams, and ensure high‑quality software delivery aligned with business goals.
What you will do
- Over 20+ years of experience in design and development of shared business logic using Kotlin Multiplatform, ensuring maximum code reuse and platform consistency.
- Lead and contribute to native iOS development using Swift, ensuring performance, stability, and adherence to Apple best practices.
