Position Summary
The Associate Director Commercial Operations & Strategy will play a critical role in establishing and driving commercial excellence across the Spanish organization. This position is responsible for optimizing sales force strategy, performance, and execution through data-driven insights, advanced analytics, incentive compensation design, and field effectiveness initiatives.
The role partners closely with the Head of Commercial in Spain and their sales leadership, Marketing, Medical, Finance, and Global & regional commercial teams to ensure the Spain field organization is aligned, productive, and prepared to achieve launch and growth objectives.
